‘Dirty White Trash’ (Tim Noble+ Sue Webster/1998) is a good example that the sculpture is being an individual of the individuals.

 

The same thing might be able to be said about the case with the multiple personality that has been researched up to now. It is one character that originally moves the body. It is not an exaggeration to say that the character owns the body in a word. It does so in the body, gathers by various characters, and is a reason that becomes one bundling as a group, and becomes an individual of the individuals again.

 

The shadow is a thing to follow to the object, and existence is admitted by the shadow as for the object.

The shadow to which shape is found by the line is a thing to find the main body

(Object) similarly.

 

It experimented by putting the point aimed at here, and using the vector paint.

Then, it was noticed that there were various possibilities.

It came to obtain the idea of reflecting the character from one direction that was from among the group of the set of body by the shape (line) found with the object.

 

Individual who exists in the set are made up of each experience.

One shadow comes to the surface when focus is applied to a certain part after it has covered with those all once.

 

Light finds shape from the object and the piece (shadow) is found choosing there. 

Relationship between shadow and identity itself

Basically shadow is only a child of a body. Shadow cannot to be existed by itself.

It is religiously and psychologically came out that shadow is important for the individual.

For example I found a website which author wrote an article about psychologist Dr. Carl Gustav Jung and the author wrote ‘The Shadow is a moral problem that challenges the whole ego-personality, for no one can become conscious of the shadow without considerable moral effort. To become conscious of it involves recognizing the dark aspects of the personality as present and real. This act is the essential condition for any kind of self-knowledge, and it therefore, as a rule, meets with considerable resistance. Indeed, self-knowledge as a psychotherapeutics measure frequently requires much painstaking work extending over a long period of time.

Unfortunately there can be no doubt that man is, on the whole, less good than he imagines himself or wants to be. Everyone carries a Shadow, and the less it is embodied in the individual’s conscious life, the blacker and denser it is. If inferiority is conscious, one always has a chance to correct it. Furthermore, it is constantly in contact with other interests, so that it is continually subjected to modifications. But if it is repressed and isolated from consciousness, it never gets corrected and is liable to burst forth suddenly in a moment of unawareness. In other focus that important person who for example king or general sometimes have own double in all over the world from a long time ago. In Japanese we call double as KAGEMUSYA, which means Shadow Samurai.

According to the meaning of Shadow Samurai, double (KAGEMUSYA) is only able to subordinate to the original.

In the film call ‘KAGEMUSYA’ directed by Akira Kurosawa, the double was finally being relief with the original. It is the possibilities of the existence value of shadow.

The idea helped me to linking with my concept and I made a definition that shadow cannot to be existed without a light and also shadow is not going to be recognized without the shadow’s object by others.

Equally, personality cannot to be existed without a 3^rd influence and also personality is not going to be recognized without personality’s body as an object by others.

Therefore I could define that the object equal the body, shadow equals personality and the light (for create shadow) equal 3^rd influence.

Every charactors are in an object (body) so these are exist in the same place even they are different.

 

Why I say are these different. Coz its just these are different.

If I try to visualized each characters, all have to be different looks because what I wanted to visualized is the identity which is not visualzed thing, its ‘Character”.

Also shadow is changing scales which cause of lighting.

 

So I could replace the meaning of

Obect – Body

shadow – Character.

Lighting – 3^rd influence
